The hybrid conference (in-person for specially invited attendees and online for other attendees) will be held on-site and online on February 28th from 09.00 – 12.30 CET at the Ministry of Solidarity and Health, Paris, France.

The objective of this conference will be to review the current state of research and the means implemented for the diagnosis, care and treatment of rare diseases, and the expected prospects for increased collaboration – between Member States of the European Union, public and private partners, research actors – on a European scale.

Dr. Daria Julkowska, EJP RD Coordinator, will be one of the speakers at the conference.

This hybrid event will take place in Rome, Italy (Fontana di Trevi Conference Centre) and online (virtual registration options will be released soon) over five days from September 14th – 18th.

The event will bring together leading experts, clinicians, and scientists in the field of the EDS and HSD for a high quality, scientific program with a focus on “Translational Medicine in EDS and HSD – from Basic Science to Community.”

The symposium is targeted towards clinicians and researchers with an interest in the Ehlers-Danlos syndromes. The programme for September 14th – 17th is suitable for healthcare professionals, whereas the agenda of September 18th is suitable for members of the EDS and HSD community, their families, and caregivers.
